John O’Donnell

John currently resides in Santa Fe, NM, and has been taking photographs, and embracing spirits for almost 45 years.  He was born and raised in San Francisco, and throughout his life has loved living in, and traveling to cities that coexist with an abundance of nature.

Capturing authentic people and being attracted to contrasts in nature, and its unavoidable relationship with humans, especially when they compliment each other by happenstance, speaks to John’s soul and is easily captured by his lens.  He uses natural light almost exclusively. John finds that being immersed in composing and taking a shot takes him far from his ego — as nothing else can.
